Scorch jumped up into the hollow she shared with the prey hunters. She found a nest in the back of the hollow where it is dark. She needed rest for she was out for the whole night. She lied down in the nest and fell into a soundless sleep.

Shadowfire slunk in. He was staying in the Dark Lands temporaily. Shadow sniffed the air. Uncomfortable, he thought. Then raced out.
