He had grown up with his brother, Flare his entire life. He was the oldest of them both. His mom always said, 'while we're gone take care of Flare and don't let him run away.' Charcoal had always been jealous of his brother. He had grown up as a to-be training to be a cave guard, but his goody-goody brother was being trained to be leader. He never wanted to help his brother, but he finally figured out that being a leader is just to hard for him and he's glad he's just a guard.
